OpenCode uses agents to manage issues and pull requests

James Long stated that OpenCode is not turning off issues and pull requests, choosing instead to rely on agents to help manage them.

Under this setup, OpenCode will automatically open pull requests for reported issues, respond to users, and move items to closure.
