Claude details eligibility criteria and event access for Claude Startups program

Startups founded in the last five years or funded in the last two years are eligible to apply for the Claude Startups program through Anthropic's [program announcement page](https://claude.com/resources/articles/were-expanding-the-claude-startups-program-to-help-founders-build).

Under the program, founders can also schedule virtual office hours with Anthropic’s Applied AI team and attend Claude Startups community events, including Founder House, hackathons, and meetups, subject to capacity.
