OpenAI opens Decisions API in public beta to all developers

OpenAI Developers has launched the Decisions API in public beta, making it available to all developers. The API is designed to let applications select the appropriate model, tool, or action in near real-time.

According to OpenAI Developers, the Decisions API makes decisions up to 10 times faster than GPT-6 Luna through the Responses API.
