Scale AI open-sources AgentEnv for reinforcement learning environments

Scale AI announced that it is open-sourcing AgentEnv, the framework underlying every reinforcement learning environment built by the company.

According to Scale AI, the open-source release is intended to enable more developers to build training and simulation environments for AI agents.
