Peter Steinberger connects team claw to X to trigger work

Peter Steinberger says he connected the team claw to X so work can be triggered faster. Unassigned sessions are open for anyone to grab, and the agent checks who last worked on the related code before pinging people on the server.

He says the setup was a prompt and the team server extended itself because plugins are now hot reloadable. RoboClaw opened a session to review pull request #166379 for contrast, sidebar title spacing, and regressions: [RoboClaw session](https://team.openclaw.ai/chat/roboclaw/4d42584b).
